Pregnancy is not immediately seen if successful. Pregnancy can occur during Vaginal or Climax sex, and you are alerted of the possibility of pregnancy occurring with a notification. Note that certain locations that have available sex animations might not have any climax animations. This unlock the ability to apply cum on Sims or let the animations decide where and when to do it. Sims unlock the ability to climax, if any climax animation is available, after some time of performing. You can stop sex at any moment by simply canceling the interaction. Additional functions are available depending on the features you use. Sims in sex can perform a set of actions which involve undressing, applying of cum, usage of a strapon, inviting other Sims to join, changing the sex position, changing the sex location, or swapping the sexual roles. I'm just getting started though, so caveat emptor.The main way to initiate sex is by clicking on any object that has sex animations available.
This is the procedure I followed, and it seems to be working. Rename the file to "1-1-LT1.save" so it will show up as the first save on page 1 of your saves list instead of having to go to page 44. Put it in the game/saves folder of the extracted game version you're using: Click the LOAD option and then select the save file. Once the media files are in place, then load a save file. Similar operation is necessary to get the remaining media files when you're ready to play chapters 2&3. Extract those files and move them into the game/ folder of the extracted the game version you're using (the move operation should add the extracted files to the existing image and videos directories). Get the media file for chapter 1 from the OP links (near the bottom).
